Job description

Job Summary :

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, HR Business Partner to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. If you are seeking an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you. Duties include but are not limited to employee relations, training & development, business partnering, compliance, and performance management. This position will be office-based in Warsaw, Poland with some work-from-home flexibility. 

Responsibilities :
  • Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
  • Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management;
  • Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
  • Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
  • Develop and present employee and management trainings;
