Networking & IoT Engineer | Networks

We are looking for a Networking & IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious global technical support team in Istanbul, Türkiye (on-site). Our team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support.

Teltonika’s Networking Solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika aspires to become one of the global leaders in providing unique IoT solutions that contribute to making people’s lives easier. Since 1998, we have gained considerable experience and competence in electronics development and production. Today, our areas of expertise include telematics, networking, telemedicine, EV charging, and electronics manufacturing. Please note: This is an on-site position based in Istanbul, Türkiye. There is no remote working model option for this role.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of computer networking.

• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage.

• Good communication skills and etiquette, both in speaking and writing.

• Ability and willingness to help others.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation.

• Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.
