Job description

Our product team is broadly dispersed throughout a variety of industries, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, and other fields. As an Associate Product Manager for the products and solutions in these verticals, you will have a crucial role to perform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and understand business and client requirements and translate them into clear product requirements.
  • Perform Business Analysis (BA), including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis, and documentation.
  • Work with clients to understand their challenges, expectations, and product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement and improvement based on client feedback, business requirements, and market trends.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and identify potential product opportunities.
  • Work closely with the team to define user flows, wireframes, and product experiences.
  • Use Figma to create, review, or modify wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI/UX designs.
  • Ensure that product designs are aligned with business requirements and provide a good user experience.
  • Prepare user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer requirements, business impact, and feasibility.
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback into product improvements.
  • Monitor the progress of product enhancements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely delivery.
  • Communicate product requirements, updates, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.


Requirements

Required Skills:

  • B.Tech/MBA or 1 years+ of related experience
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout their academic career, including 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
  • Good understanding of product development and software development lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with Figma and the ability to understand/create basic wireframes and prototypes.
  • Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to conduct market and competitor research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of user-centric product development.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and technical concepts.
  • Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software products.
