Senior Account Executive

Pixofix is building the next generation of visual production for fashion and eCommerce brands, combining AI with expert creative production to help brands create high-quality visuals faster and at scale.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the sales process from qualified opportunity through to a successful first customer relationship.

This is not a basic AE role. You’ll be expected to provide prospects with a consultative sales approach, understand how they prospect currently produces visual content, identify where Pixofix can create meaningful value, and guide them through a buying process.

1. Run discovery calls

• Run discovery calls with qualified fashion and eCommerce prospects.
• Understand their current production process, pain, costs, quality requirements, and priorities.
• Help them determine whether Pixofix is actually a good fit.
  

2. Design the trial

• Work with the prospect to design a high-quality trial around a real business use case.
• Define what success looks like before the trial starts.
• Coordinate with our Creative and Production teams to make sure we deliver against those expectations.

3. Create internal buy-in

• Help your champion sell Pixofix internally.
• Identify decision-makers, stakeholders, objections, and the buying process.
• Build a proposal around the prospect’s actual needs rather than sending generic packages.
• Maintain and improve Pixofix sales materials, pitch decks, proposal templates, service explanations, and objection-handling resources.

4. Close and drive the first success

• Own follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Stay close to the account after the deal is signed.
• Make sure the client successfully completes their first 2 orders and reaches the point where Pixofix becomes a repeatable part of their workflow.

5. Follow Up Process Ownership

• Own the follow-up process from first call through to the first 2 completed orders.
• Do calling in off-months to resurrect old opportunities
• Build Relationships and re-engage old prospects
• Know exactly where each prospect stands, what is blocking progress, and what the next step is.
• Follow up with purpose — every interaction should move the deal toward a clear decision or next action.

Requirements

• Proven experience closing B2B deals.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable selling to the fashion industry
• Able to control a sales process without being pushy or relying on scripted demos.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in SaaS, agencies, creative services, eCommerce, fashion, or production is a plus.
