About the Job:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our client's team in the fintech industry. The role is responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, supporting the development team, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality financial technology solutions. You will help foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Coach and guide teams in Agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and maintain a clear, actionable product backlog aligned with business goals.
• Identify, track, and remove delivery impediments while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Support the team in improving velocity, predictability, and quality of deliverables through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate across technology, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sprint priorities and timelines.
• Promote transparency using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps) and communicate progress through regular reporting and metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or fintech environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, DevOps).
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Skilled in using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow) to drive performance and improvement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with regulated environments or financial product development is an advantage.
