Rust Engineer (Blockchain Infrastructure) | ο»ΏRemote EU only

Our client with a team of 70 in the EU designs and builds core building blocks for the future of the blockchain.

They are a research and development powerhouse tackling engineering challenges in security, privacy, and scaling of blockchain-based infrastructure.

The client empowers engineers to deliver impactful solutions, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity and innovation.

The Role

We're seeking a Rust Engineer to join the talented team.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across the world on groundbreaking new products, core protocols, and client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep dive into complex protocols to gain a thorough understanding

  • Design, build, and document robust distributed systems

  • Develop cutting-edge protocols or protocol-driven applications using Rust

  • Craft and implement comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes

  • Collaborate effectively with clients and open-source communities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in systems programming

  • The ability to design interoperable software architectures that seamlessly integrate

  • 5+ years of collaborative software development experience

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Rust

  • Based in the EU and able to work remotely

Benefits:

  • 80,000 to 120,000 Euros approx (negotiable)
