Dein neues Team:

In dieser Rolle nimmst du eine zentrale Position bei FELD M ein, mit Verantwortung für das Thema und die Projekte. Gemeinsam helfen wir Unternehmen, aus Daten messbaren Mehrwert zu schaffen – von der Strategie über die Implementierung von Architekturen und Datenprodukten bis zur Aktivierung.


Das erwartet Dich:

  • Du berätst Kunden bis auf C-Level und übersetzt Business-Ziele in skalierbare Datenlösungen 
  • Du konzipierst und bewertest moderne Datenarchitekturen für analytische (Business Intelligence, Vorhersagen etc.) wie operative (Automatisierung, Empfehlungssysteme etc.) Anwendungen unter Verwendung von generativer wie nicht-generativer KI
  • Dabei übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung in Projekten – von Architekturentscheidungen bis zur Umsetzung 
  • Du unterstützt als Pre-Sales Consultant unser Data Product-Team und gestaltest aktiv neue Projekte und Kundenbeziehungen 
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Entwicklung unseres Data Product-Teams ein und entwickelst unsere Lösungen und Angebote weiter 
  • Du mentorst Teammitglieder und teilst dein Wissen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Breite Erfahrung im Datenumfeld und tiefe Expertise in Datenarchitekturen, die AI/ML-Anwendungen ermöglichen und skalieren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Data-Stacks (z.B. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Kafka, Iceberg, LangChain)  
  • Fähigkeit, Anforderungen in Form von Workshops zu erheben und komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Ownership-Mindset  
  • Deutsch (fließend) und Englisch sicher 
  • Du überzeugst uns noch mehr, wenn du zusätzlich Erfahrung im Bereich Data Science mitbringst und Lust auf Vorträge bei Konferenzen sowie die Erstellung von Content hast
