About the Role

To drive the commercial performance of EXANTE’s wealth segment client book through pricing, segmentation, product and cost optimization, with full P&L responsibility for the wealth segment.

Reporting line: Chief Operations Officer

Worksite: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Pricing strategy — set and own the pricing strategy across the wealth segment client book.
  • Client segmentation — segment the wealth book and design differentiated propositions by segment.
  • Competitive benchmarking — run continuous benchmarking against wealth-segment peers.
  • Product development — target profitable client segments, working with the relevant trading and product desks.
  • Cost optimisation — review and optimise the economics of serving the wealth segment.
  • Customer economics — take a data-driven approach to lifetime value, churn and pricing experimentation, in partnership with Technology.
  • Cross-functional cooperation — work closely with Sales and Relationship Managers, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Technology.
  • Pathway to extend — grow the remit across all EXANTE client segments once wealth performance is established.

Experience

  • 8–15 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial product roles at a brokerage, exchange, neobank or fintech serving wealth, premium or retail segments.
  • Client-book economics — direct experience optimising the economics of a trading or investment client book is essential.
  • Strong quantitative skills — pricing analytics, segmentation, experimentation and customer-economics modelling.
  • Track record of uplift — demonstrable, measurable commercial uplift through pricing, segmentation, product or cost changes.
  • Regulatory knowledge — working knowledge of MiFID II and equivalent retail-conduct regimes, including FCA Consumer Duty, sufficient to navigate pricing and product governance without friction.
  • Fluent English — mandatory.
  • Commercial and hands-on — data-driven, comfortable operating with a lean team and with full accountability for a P&L.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring.
  • Flexibility that fits your life — work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
  • Flexible benefits package — choose the options that suit your life, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
  • A genuinely good place to work — an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
  • Continuous learning — ongoing training, education programs, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
  • Connection beyond your desk — events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
  • Global exposure — work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.
