Firma specjalizująca się w rozwiązaniach SAP i transformacji cyfrowej poszukuje SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant, który odpowiada za realizację projektów wdrożeniowych SAP SuccessFactors, konfigurację systemu zgodnie z wymaganiami klienta, aktywne wsparcie w trakcie uruchamiania nowych rozwiązań oraz samodzielne wykonywanie zadań i wsparcie klientów w rozwoju systemu.
  
  
Na tym stanowisku będziesz:
  • Realizował projekty wdrożeniowe dla Klientów w obszarze Płac i Administracji Kadrowej
  • Rozwijał wiedzę w zakresie integracji SAP SuccessFactors z innymi systemami
  • Rozwijał  kompetencje w zakresie SAP SuccessFactors oraz metodyk projektowych
  • Zarządzał projektami i relacjami z klientami
  
Wymagania:
  • Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w projektach wdrożeniowych SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, w tym udział w co najmniej 1 projekcie jako konsultant wiodący i min. 2-3 jako konsultant zadaniowy
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość modułu Employee Central PY
  • Znajomość procesów kadrowych oraz zagadnień związanych z HR
  • Zdolności analityczne oraz umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów
  • Umiejętność pracy z klientem oraz prowadzenie warsztatów i szkoleń
  • Swobodna komunikacja w języku polskim i angielskim zarówno w mowie jak piśmie
