JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Martech Account Executive to serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role combines relationship-building, solution design, and tactical execution to deliver measurable results in digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for client success, fluent in both Spanish and English, and experienced in managing complex projects across Martech ecosystems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular check-ins and strategic conversations.
• Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and data-driven campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated Martech solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth, added value, and performance optimization in every client engagement.
• Ensure fulfillment of all client commitments with high-impact, measurable outcomes.
• Gather and deliver feedback between clients and internal teams to continuously improve execution and service.
• Represent Contáctica’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
• Stay current on Martech trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in client strategies.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• + years of proven experience in digital marketing agencies or related environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships in both English and Spanish.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert business goals into marketing solutions.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge a plus).
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics.
• Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems including social, programmatic, and content platforms.
• Experience managing external teams or collaborators to ensure efficient execution.
• Positive, “can-do” attitude with a relentless focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the Health Care sector is a plus.
