Senior Software Engineer in Data Analytics and AI

About the role

We are seeking a Senior data scientist to work within the data science function of our product team, where you will be applying data science and machine learning skills and high-quality software engineering practices to build data infrastructure and ML pipelines at scale, to solve problems with data-driven solutions, and to deliver business insights/decisions as part of analytics and AI team

Skills & Experiences

Required:

Expert level of Python, JS or Java technologies (including Spring framework).

Experience in ML algorithm development, including predictive AI, data clustering and generative AI.

LLM architectures; Multi-agent pipelines, MCP integrations, Evaluation frameworks and analytics.

Proficient level at schema design, data modelling and SQL

Familiar with ETL concepts and tools for both manual and Low-Code ETL and pipeline development.

Experience with streaming and batch data processing

Excellent problem-solving, structured thinking and analytical skills

Attention to detail and effective verbal/written communication skills

Ability to learn and spike/research new technologies rapidly

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Generative UI and/or multi-modal LLM clients, including real-time voice

Good understanding of Apache Spark architecture

Good knowledge of Big Data file formats (Avro, Parquet, etc.)

Understanding of the Communication service provider (CSP) vertical and enterprise landscape.

Responsibilities

Building and overseeing the development of an Agentic LLM architecture within a complex Enterprise environment.

Building, deploying, and maintaining ML pipelines, models & ML applications.

Conducting data exploration, designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines (batch and/or streaming) and data infrastructure to enable fast / near real-time analytics.

Working together with UI/UX designer and the project team to build and deliver intuitive Consumer UX centric applications, including LLM clients.

Delivering documentation and/or training on LLM channels, Agentic and Analytics-related topics.

The following technologies, frameworks, and toolsets are used in our products and associated solutions; the candidate’s familiarity with them is desirable:
Java, Python and JS Technologies,.
LLM Multi-agent architectures and ML Pipelines.
MCP and LLM resource/grounding integration patterns.
Big data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
AWS and AWS native toolsets such as EKS, EC2, S3, RDB, Bedrock
Knowledge of containerization, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Voice assistant platforms such as LLM Realtime Voice, Amazon Alexa, and
Google Home.
Web application tools, consumer-facing web and client-side technologies such as CSS, HTML, React Native, and/or/and Mustache
Mobile application technologies such as Swift development and Android
development
