Implementation Consultant, SAP Business One Practice

The Opportunity 

Vision33 has an immediate opening for an SAP Business One Implementation Consultant to join our growing SAP Business One practice. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, guide them through successful ERP implementations, and help them get lasting value from their technology investment. Given the location of our clients and the remote nature of the work, we are flexible on location and open to applicants across British Columbia and Alberta. 

What You’ll Do 

• Implementation delivery: Deliver SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, customizations, and ongoing client support. 

• Business analysis: Assess business processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective SAP Business One solutions. 

• Client engagement: Build relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration. 

• Scope development: Provide accurate task and time estimates to support statements of work. 

• Report development: Customize forms and create reports using Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Server. 

• Data migration: Plan and execute master data migration into SAP Business One. 

• Results delivery: Manage expectations, maintain SAP Business One expertise, and achieve billable utilization targets. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Relevant education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• ERP experience: 5–7 years working with ERP solutions, ideally SAP Business One SQL and HANA; SME ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite is an asset. 

• Reporting experience: 3+ years developing SQL/SSRS reports, Crystal Reports, and/or Boyum B1UP functions. 

• Client communication: Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage client stakeholders. 

• Consulting mindset: Collaborative, client-focused, and self-motivated, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
