Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about customer service? Were hiring ARC Support Specialists to support one of the worlds leading e-commerce platforms all from the comfort of your home in Portugal!
What Youll Do:
ī¸ Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds
ī¸ Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR standards
ī¸ Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams
ī¸ Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
