This is a remote-only role for candidates based in Greece.

What Youll Do

• Provide empathetic and timely support to users across the Facebook platform.

• Handle account-related inquiries and investigate content moderation issues.

• Apply community standards and escalate complex cases as needed.

• Use your Dutch language expertise to identify trends and suggest improvements.

• Ensure a safe and positive online experience for users.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

• Based in Greece and authorized to work remotely within the country.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a community-first mindset.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (training provided).
