Job Title: Account Executive (Dutch Speaker)

Overview

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join a global sales and digital advertising team in Sofia. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a background in digital marketing, customer retention, or tech advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
Drive retention and reactivation strategies
Identify upsell and growth opportunities
Build strong client relationships and increase investment
Apply value-based selling techniques
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (digital/tech/marketing preferred)
Experience in retention/reactivation strategies
Strong understanding of sales pipelines
Background in customer service, sales, or BPO environments
Marketing knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
Dutch (C1+) + English (B2)

Working Conditions

Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
Hybrid model
Based in Sofia

Salary & Benefits

Salary: €2,444.46/month
Quarterly Bonus: €1,551.70
