Winter Job Opportunity in Bulgaria: Customer Support & Content Moderation for Polish Speakers (On-Site or 100% Remote)

We are hiring Polish-speaking candidates for the winter season (with the option of long-term contracts) in Bulgaria. Roles are available fully remote or on-site in Sofia, Varna, or Plovdiv.

Key Details:

• Languages: Polish (native or C1+) + English (min. B1-B2)
• Location: Bulgaria on-site (with relocation support) or 100% remote if already resident
• Contract: Full-time, 40h/week, 2 consecutive days off
• Salary: Around 3,100 BGN net/month + performance bonuses
• Signing Bonus: Up to 3,000 depending on the project
• Relocation package (for on-site roles): flight, 23 weeks in hotel, housing assistance
• Schedule: Day shifts mainly; night shifts available with extra pay
• Equipment provided for remote workers
