Your Role:

As the Head Trainer for Sys-Admin, you will lead our 12-month online course, sharing expertise in IT and Network (Monday to Friday from 09:00 13:00), utilizing CompTIA learning environments like CertMaster Learn, Labs, and Practice. Your expertise will help us continually improve and update our teaching content.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead our 5-month online course, imparting Sys-Admin and Network knowledge, integrating CompTIA learning environments.
• With the support of Teaching Assistants, oversee the practical project work of our participants.
• Prepare our participants for CompTIA certification exams.
• Collaborate with us to continuously improve our teaching content and optimize the use of our learning environment.

What Makes You Stand Out:

Hard Skills:

• 1.5 years of experience in Sys-Admin and Network.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and network technology.
• Experience as a trainer or holding a teaching qualification is advantageous.
• Ideally, you hold certifications such as CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills across various groups.
• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• A positive, energetic individual who enjoys sharing knowledge and is open to working with career changers.

Required:

• Proficiency in English verbally and written is a must.
