Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to manage projects remotely on a contract basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate project resources and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular status meetings with project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Track project progress and communicate project status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with project team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders
• Ensure project goals and objectives are met and delivered on time and within budget
• Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects remotely
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Experience working in a remote environment is highly desirable
