Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Senior .NET Developer who is a talented problem-solving developer with the ability to convert business ideas into functional applications. The right candidate must be able to lead developers on projects and work independently as well, with speed and agility. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

1.       Help project developers to update legacy applications to modern technologies.

2.       Develop applications through our Software Development Life Cycle.

3.       Work with customers and co-workers to help determine project functional and technical specifications, layout timelines, develop, design, implement and follow best practices, policies, and procedures.

4.       Oversee and contribute to the maintenance of existing applications.

5.       Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

6.       Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.

7.       Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

8.       Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

9.       Lead a team of developers (if needed) and drive project delivery.

10.    Assist in the hiring process.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in .Net and MVC.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Angular 8+.
3. Very good communication skills.
4. Experience with RESTful APIs to connect other backend services.
5. Should have developed more than 2 applications.
6. CI/CD, GIT
7. Good with Threading
8. Experience with performance improvement of applications.

Preferred Skill:

1. College degree
2. Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (React).
3. Must be a team player with the ability to perform with limited supervision and should have published one or more .net and angular apps with a strong passion for learning.
4. The candidate should possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices.
5. Should have a strong knowledge of unit testing and integration testing.
6. Experience leading a team for developers and driving the project delivery.
7. Experience in implementing security using OAuth2.
