About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join the Consensys Design team, supporting MetaMask - the most used wallet in crypto. This is a rare opportunity to bring beautiful, intuitive experiences to millions of users engaging with decentralized applications and Web3 technologies every day.
As a Senior Design Engineer, you'll turn MetaMask interactions into experiences people genuinely enjoy using - across our app and browser extension. You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to take ideas from prototype to production, sweating the animations, haptics, and micro-interactions that make an experience feel considered rather than just functional. You'll build in React and React Native with an eye for pixel-perfect execution, contribute to our design system, and use agentic workflows to move faster without cutting corners. If you love making complex things feel simple, care about craft down to the smallest detail, and want that craft in the hands of 30M+ users, this role is for you.

The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.
