The Senior Workforce Development Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training, upskilling, and workforce development programs that strengthen the construction workforce.
We are looking for a construction professional who brings a unique combination of hands-on field leadership experience and workforce development expertise. This individual has worked as a foreman, superintendent, or in a similar field leadership role and has firsthand experience building or implementing training programs within the construction industry.
In this role, you will use that experience to identify workforce needs, address skills gaps, strengthen career pathways, and develop industry-aligned programs that support contractors and craft professionals.
We are looking for someone who is strategic, collaborative, organized, and passionate about developing people and helping shape the future of the construction workforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Technology Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Experience with learning management, assessment, testing, or similar workforce development platforms is preferred.
