Role areas:

• Development of a large-scale native Android application - building and maintaining features in a mobile app with over 10M users, expanding into new European markets, with a focus on performance, quality and responsiveness.

• Mobile CI/CD and DevEx - designing, implementing and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines, automating builds and deployment, and optimising infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Code quality and architecture - refactoring existing code, taking part in code reviews and team decisions, and building scalable and maintainable solutions based on MVVM and Clean Architecture.

What you need to join us:

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years exp in Android development - expert knowledge of the Android SDK, different versions of the system and device configurations, along with experience in optimising apps in Kotlin and Java.

• Hands-on knowledge of Jetpack Compose, Coroutines / Flow, Android Architecture Components, Jetpack libraries, MVVM and Clean Architecture, as well as Firebase configuration and REST API integration.

• Experience designing and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or equivalent) - accelerating builds and ensuring high availability and scalability of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience working in a foundation / platform team supporting a DevEx culture.

• Knowledge of Git, JIRA, Confluence, the code review process and Agile methodologies, and English at a minimum B2 level.

• Eligibility to work within Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with LLMs / agentic workflows that accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Hands-on experience with Android WebView - embedding and integrating web content in a native enterprise app: native↔JS bridge, session and authentication handling, navigation, performance and security hardening.

• Experience with internationalisation and localisation of mobile apps (multi-region, multi-language, per-market configuration).
