Since 1984, Larkin Street Youth Services has helped more than 75,000 young adults in San Francisco with outreach, shelter, housing, education, employment, healthcare, and other services.
Today, Larkin Street Youth Services is the largest provider of housing and services to homeless youth in the Bay Area. We serve 1,500 youth annually, operating or partnering to provide more than 500 emergency shelter, transitional, supportive, and subsidy-based housing beds at several unique sites across San Francisco.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Reporting to the Associate Director, the primary role of the Program Manager of Diamond Youth Shelter is to provide leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Diamond Youth Shelter (DYS) within the mission of Larkin Street Youth Services. Responsibilities include supervision and training of residential counselors and case managers; development and implementation of program services; ensuring compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL) regulations, grants and budgets; and providing overall support to the program team. Additionally, the Program Manager develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community providers, including referral agencies, and resource agencies.
