Junior Lead Qualifier

Hey, you! Wanna become #OneOfUs?
We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next awesome process-driven detail master to join HKR.TEAM as a Lead Qualifier, working for a US-based client in managing and qualifying top-of-funnel leads so the sales team can focus on closing deals. 🇺🇸
Btw, HKR.TEAM was remote before it was even cool! 😎Remote is allowed, encouraged, and the norm. Now, and forever. There’s only one catch, and it comes from this guy:“Whatever you are, be a good one” - Abraham Lincoln.
To apply, please fill out our external form. 🤞🏼(You will be redirected to it automatically, once you click "Apply").
What you'll be doing?

🔸 Export leads from third-party sources and import them into Salesforce, ensuring accurate and structured data flow.

🔸 Keep lead records clean and updated — assign owners, update statuses, remove duplicates, and maintain CRM hygiene.

🔸 Enroll and unenroll leads in Marketo and other automated workflows as needed.

🔸 Review lead profiles, social media accounts, and engagement metrics to evaluate quality.

🔸 Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and internal scoring framework (follower count, engagement rate, etc.).

🔸 Forward high-potential leads (scores 3–4) to the sales closers and discard or deprioritize low-quality leads (scores 1–2) following the agreed process.

🔸 Follow detailed SOPs while maintaining high speed and accuracy in processing.

🔸 Ensure replies are handled quickly so the closing team can act fast.

🔸 Support light data entry and administrative tasks related to the lead funnel.

🔸 Collaborate with Sales and Ops teams, flag bottlenecks, and report recurring process issues.
