Job Summary
The Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Loenbro's business applications, databases, and third-party systems. This role will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to streamline data flows, automate business processes, and ensure reliable system connectivity across the enterprise. While exposure to AI technologies is beneficial, the primary focus is enterprise application integration and software development.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities (2-6 bullets MAX)

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Build and support API-based integrations, automated workflows, and data synchronization processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, system connectivity challenges, and data quality concerns.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and support procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support for critical business systems and serve as a backup resource for integration platforms and services.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of software development, integration development, or enterprise application experience.
  • Experience building and consuming APIs, integrating business applications, and working with relational databases.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as SQL, C#, .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

 

 

Preferred: (2-4 bullets max)

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure Integration Services, or similar integration technologies.
  • Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, CRM, project management, or construction-related business
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, and software development lifecycle
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or emerging AI technologies.
