Part-time | Contract | Remote (Ireland-based)

Webdoctor.ie has launched a new digital-first ADHD assessment service for adults in Ireland. We’re seeking an experienced Clinical, Counselling or Educational
Psychologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic assessments directly to clients. This is a rare opportunity to help build something from the ground up, with flexibility, autonomy, and impact.


Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

Paid per assessment | 40% of assessment fee | Invoiced monthly

You’ll act as a clinician, delivering structured ADHD assessments to adult clients via secure video consultation. We’ll manage scheduling and admin, so you can focus on the clinical work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evidence-based adult ADHD assessments

  • Write concise, high-quality, neuroaffirmative diagnostic reports suitable for onward referral (e.g., to GPs, employers)

  • Provide post-assessment feedback to clients and signpost appropriate supports

  • Maintain clinical records in line with ethical and GDPR standards

  • Work flexibly within a minimum of 12 hours per week rota (self-scheduled to suit your availability)


Future Phases & Growth Opportunities

This role is the foundation of a broader, phased ADHD care offering. As the service expands, the Psychologist will be invited to contribute to the design and governance of:

  • ADHD-informed therapy pathways (e.g., CBT, executive functioning coaching etc.)

  • Medication management services, delivered with support from our upcoming physical clinic location and onboarding of a lead Psychiatrist

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to shape meaningful mental health care at scale.

 

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • CORU-registered (or eligible based on upcoming changes to PSI) Clinical, Counselling or Educational Psychologist

  • Demonstrated expertise in ADHD assessment in adults

  • Familiarity with best-practice tools (e.g., DIVA-5, ACE+, ASRS, QbCheck)

  • Comfortable working in digital-first environments

  • Strong communication skills and report-writing ability

Desirable:

  • Experience and or interest in contributing to service or product design for future phases of the service

  • Understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape

  • Interest in ADHD therapy modalities and/or coaching
