We compared the job requirements to your profile to show where you're strong and where you fall short.
We're hiring a GTM Operations Associate to support the sales and marketing engine end-to-end — CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, forecasting support, and the tooling that keeps our GTM team moving fast.
We're flexible on experience: 1–1.5 years in sales ops, GTM ops, or RevOps is ideal, but we're just as open to a sharp fresh graduate who hasn't done this exact job before. What matters more than the resume is how you think — this role rewards people who are naturally structured, curious about "why is this number what it is," and quick to pick up new tools.
CRM & data hygiene: Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean — deduping records, standardizing fields, enriching account/contact data so pipeline numbers can actually be trusted.
Pipeline & funnel reporting: Track stage-wise conversion, drop-offs, pipeline coverage, and rep-level activity; maintain the dashboards leadership pulls up every week.
GTM tooling & workflow ops: Administer and configure day-to-day tools in our GTM stack (think HubSpot, Apollo.io, Clay, G2, or similar) — sequences, lead routing rules, list building, enrichment workflows.
Forecasting support: Assist Sales/RevOps leadership with pipeline forecasting, weekly forecast calls, and variance tracking against target.
Campaign & lead ops: Support Marketing with list segmentation, lead scoring, and routing leads to the right rep at the right time.
Sales enablement ops: Keep playbooks, battlecards, and competitor trackers current; help onboard new AEs/SDRs onto the tool stack.
Ad hoc analysis: Pull data cuts for exec reviews, QBRs, and board decks on request.
1–1.5 years of experience in sales ops, GTM ops, or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company — or a fresh graduate (any discipline) with a track record of being sharp, structured, and fast to learn. We're genuinely open on this; don't self-select out if you're early in your career.
You can look at messy data and find the story in it without being told exactly where to look.
You're comfortable in spreadsheets — formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP — and reach for them naturally to answer a question.
You ask "why" before "how" — you'd rather understand what a number is telling us than just report it.
You pick up new tools fast and don't need hand-holding after the first walkthrough.
As with every role at Drivetrain, we expect AI to be a default part of how you work, not an afterthought:
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to draft reports, summarize account/call notes, clean up data, or write formulas and light SQL.
Bonus: any exposure to no-code automation (Zapier, n8n, HubSpot workflows) to connect tools and cut manual steps out of a process.
We'd rather you spend your energy on the judgment-heavy 20% of the job than the repetitive 80% — so we want someone who looks for ways to automate the boring parts, not someone who takes pride in doing them fast by hand.
Prior internship or work experience in a B2B SaaS GTM, sales, or analytics function.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Clay, or similar.
Basic SQL or scripting exposure.
In your application: tell us about a time you used data or a spreadsheet to solve a messy, ambiguous problem — a job, a class project, even something personal. We care more about how you approached it than how polished the outcome was.
After you apply, unlock the direct contact details of the people who actually make the call. A quick follow-up makes you 5x more likely to land an interview.
