Application Management

Integrated into the AMPS department and under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of an AMPS Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP client as follows:

  • Provide application support and consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and appropriate technical actions.

  • Manage and resolve standard support tickets, following functional analysis and technical guidance from senior team members.

  • Develop and maintain clean, reliable, and easily maintainable code and system configurations in line with Strada best practices.

  • Execute system tests using either provided or self-generated test data to ensure that applications and developments meet agreed specifications.

  • Prepare clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all issues handled.

  • Organize and manage daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Regularly report on progress and status to the AMO Team Manager.

  • Maintain effective communication channels both internally and externally, ensuring timely updates on issue status, resolution, and root cause.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR processes and the overall SAP HCM system architecture.

Qualifications

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and French

  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plus
