  • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value in a way that feels authentic and relevant to the prospect.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities at once.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Experience in consulting, technology, Workday, SaaS, professional services, or partner-led sales environments is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

A strong BDR at The Groove is someone who is:

  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Resilient in the face of rejection
  • Thoughtful in how they represent The Groove in the market
  • Driven by goals, follow-through, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative with sales, marketing, delivery, and partner teams

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Collaborative, people-first culture
  • Exposure to sales strategy, partner relationships, and the full client lifecycle
  • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization
