Job description

As we scale, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team and ensure our operations comply with all regulatory frameworks and laws, while also offering legal advice on a range of issues.


What you will be doing:

  • draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including vendor, affiliate, and partnership agreements;
  • prepare and update internal policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and best practices;
  • maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations;
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements;
  • provide legal support on day-to-day business operations, including addressing legal issues and offering practical solutions;
  • handle customer claims and legal concerns with professionalism, ensuring that responses are timely and legally sound;
  • collaborate with external legal teams to address complex legal disputes when necessary;
  • support the protection of the company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.


Your background:

  • Degree in Law, from an accredited institution;
  • minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including international business exposure;
  • strong spoken and written English language skills;
  • meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documents and processes;
  • strong researching skills to stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry trends;
  • experience with intellectual property (IP) is a plus.


Would be a plus:

  • at least 1 year of experience working specifically with SaaS models.
