Job description

Coach Description:  

Tri-City United is looking for individuals who are good with children and have experience playing soccer and / or coaching soccer to serve as a coach for players aged 3-18.     

 

Qualifications and Responsibilities: 

  • Child-friendly, high energy, positive person 
  • Prior experience coaching soccer preferred but not required
  • Soccer playing experience (club / competitive / travel)
  • Ability to pass a standard background check. 
  • Must follow club-wide coaching curriculum
  • Commits to attending Coach Education courses & sessions
  • Supervise groups of players (roughly 8 - 12 per group) 
  • Show up on time and demonstrate a professional demeanor throughout the session. 
  • Must enjoy soccer and have a desire to work with young people and grow the sport. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to attend sessions and games. 

 

Expected Time Commitment of 2-12 Hours per week


Compensation: $15-$20 per hour
