The Role: We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Staff Therapist to join our mission. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse community. Success requires strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and exceptional communication—qualities that mirror the heart of our work.



How you’ll Help:

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and monitor progress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in case conferences and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and wrap-around supports that enhance overall well-being.
  • Contribute to program development by bringing clinical insights that shape innovative services and improve outcomes.
  • Engage in professional development and training opportunities to expand clinical expertise and support career growth.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and resilience, modeling empathy and cultural humility in every client interaction.

Your Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois, Texas, Maryland or the District of Columbia.
  • Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy to individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and frequent Saturdays. 

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary typically ranging from $61,300 to $75,900 annually, depending on experience and qualifications—plus a comprehensive benefits package.
