The IV Infusion Specialist Assessment Nurse is responsible for identifying current and future patient care needs; being able to recognize normal versus abnormal body physiology. The role requires critical thinking, attention to detail and being able to prioritize appropriate interventions. An essential bridge between the assessment coordinator, inter-departments and external stakeholders that include, but is not limited to the Department of Community Health, health care providers, and medical institutions. This role performs frequent analysis, requires excellent tracking skills, organizational skills, analytical and exceptional communication skills. Must always be committed to providing responsive aid in a courteous and professional manner.
