Job description

As we expand in Japan, we are seeking an experienced and driven Country Manager to lead our growth, strengthen our partnerships, and establish CXM as a trusted brand in the Japanese market.

About the Role

As Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a market expansion strategy tailored to Korea’s financial landscape. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on leadership. You will oversee a local team, nurture strong B2B relationships, and ensure our services align with local regulatory requirements. Working closely with global leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving our business growth and brand reputation in Korea.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business growth plan for Korea.
  • Manage and strengthen existing relationships with key institutional partners and clients.
  • Build new business opportunities through your established B2B financial network.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent CXM Group at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular performance and strategy reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local financial regulations and company standards.
