We pride ourselves on adopting a customer-focused approach to quality and usability.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is motivated to take on an amazing new adventure: developing and maintaining data analysis structures and derive actionable recommendations to boost company revenue.

What you'll do

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our different acquisition channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics such as traffic sources, conversion rates, lifetime values.
  • Design and implement data strategies to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to guide marketing decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze user journeys to assess the potentials for optimization for our acquisition channels
  • Design and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, offers, and affiliate traffic strategies.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast traffic, conversion, and revenue outcomes across affiliate segments.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of affiliate marketing data by working closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Define and enforce data collection standards and best practices.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with tools such as SQL, Python/R, Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau
  • Identify reporting issues through anomaly detection and behavioral analysis.
  • Share best practices and help foster a data-driven culture.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally with 2+ years specifically in performance or affiliate marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL: Strong ability to query large datasets across multiple tables and optimize complex joins.
  • Experience with Analytical Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Statistical Programming: Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics, data wrangling, and automation.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Experience designing, executing, and analyzing split tests with an understanding of statistical significance.
  • Data Modeling & Forecasting: Ability to create predictive models and perform regression, cohort, and lifetime value analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of affiliate channels, performance marketing KPIs, attribution models, and conversion funnels is a plus
  • Proven track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and ROI improvements.
  • Experience working in fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Capable of understanding marketing strategy and aligning data initiatives with business goals.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

What we offer

  • Real Impact: Your insights will directly shape marketing strategy and revenue decisions β€” this is a role where data drives the business, not just the reports
  • Interesting & Diverse Data: Work across multiple competitive verticals and acquisition channels, with complex, real-world datasets that will challenge and grow your analytical skill set
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams in a dynamic, data-driven culture that values your expertise
  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and private healthcare benefits
  • Flexible & Remote-Friendly: Work remotely, on-site, or hybrid β€” with the flexibility to suit your lifestyle
