The Opportunity

We're hiring Enterprise Sales Executives to join our growing sales team during a critical growth phase. This is a pure hunter role for professionals seeking unlimited upside and equity in a category-defining company.

• Product: Universal AI Certification — one assessment maps to EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, UNESCO, and 25+ industry-specific frameworks including SR 11-7, FDA AI/ML, SEC predictive analytics, and NYC Local Law 144.
• Target Market: Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, General Counsel, and Chief AI Officers at mid-market and enterprise companies in regulated verticals — fintech, healthcare, insurance, and cybersecurity.
• Average Deal Size: $50K–$1M+ per certification, with mid-market and enterprise contracts as the primary focus.

Compensation & Upside

• Competitive commission-only structure with uncapped earnings. Compensation details shared after NDA.
• Career path: Priority conversion to full-time W-2 roles post-seed funding with base salary and full benefits package.

Training Provided

Comprehensive remote onboarding and ongoing training covering product knowledge, compliance frameworks, and sales enablement tools.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in enterprise SaaS or compliance sales
• Proven ability to access and sell to C-suite (CCO, CRO, GC, CAIO, CISO)
• Comfortable in commission-only, high-autonomy environments
• Ability to articulate complex value propositions simply
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and sales tracking
• Ability to pass a standard employment background check
