This is not a siloed development environment; it requires working across the full lifecycle of a production platform, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and usability in real-world conditions. Team members are expected to bring technical depth, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to systems that must perform consistently at scale. Experience working within SaaS environments or similarly complex production systems is important, along with the ability to collaborate across product and engineering to deliver practical, scalable solutions. We look for people who take ownership of their work, approach challenges with curiosity and discipline, and contribute to a team that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
