Our team seeks an UX/UI Designer who will play a pivotal role in designing and prototyping products that streamline governance and operational processes. Collaborating closely with our Product Design Lead and engineering teams, you will create intuitive user experiences for tools such as portals, web apps, reporting tools, and documentation platforms. Someone comfortable with navigating through complex user-flow and ship information heavy products, that address multiple types of users.
Design and Prototype: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for portals, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Simplify Complexity: Translate intricate workflows into intuitive user interfaces for both technical and non-technical users.
Collaborate: Partner with engineers and product leads to align on design goals and technical feasibility.
Research and Innovate: Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify pain points and deliver insights-driven designs.
Iterate: Continuously improve launched products based on user feedback and usage analytics.
