Position Overview


The Offshore Events and Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional initiatives for our global operations. This role will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure brand consistency, seamless logistics, and impactful engagement across all events and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Key Responsibilities Event Coordination


• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events (virtual, hybrid, and in- person) including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate functions.

• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, catering, equipment rentals, and on-site setup.

• Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.

• Support on-site and virtual event delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and attendee satisfaction.


Marketing Support


• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.

• Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, email 

newsletters, banners, and promotional items.

• Maintain and update company website and social media platforms with current content.

• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.


Cross-Team Collaboration


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, communications, design, and operations) to align marketing activities with business goals.

• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely and cost- effective delivery of services.

• Support regional and global marketing initiatives by adapting materials for local markets when needed.


Qualifications & Skills Education


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event management, or related roles (experience in an offshore or remote setup preferred).

• Proven experience coordinating large-scale corporate events or trade shows.

• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar). Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal
