What You’ll Do

NetSuite Development & Support

• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite ERP modules, focusing on the Accounting package.
• Build custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using SuiteScript to address business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionalities, ensuring seamless system performance.
• Enhance and optimize NetSuite processes, including financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend NetSuite-based solutions.

Implementation & Project Management

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle NetSuite Accounting modules for new clients or business requirements.
• Ensure alignment of NetSuite solutions with GigaKOM’s operational standards and goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test cases.
• Train and support internal users to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite functionalities.

Systems Integration

• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle NetSuite Developer, with a focus on the Accounting package.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) development and NetSuite customization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial systems, and reporting within NetSuite.
• Experience implementing and managing ERP systems in a business setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development or a related role.
• Experience with SuiteCloud development tools and SuiteFlow workflows.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant).
• Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, or similar).
• Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management practices.
• Background in education procurement or E-Rate programs is a plus.

Additional Information

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Base salary based on experience level, bonuses paid upon completing NetSuite certifications.
• Location: This is a REMOTE position.
