Position Summary
The Jobsite Specialist plays a vital role in driving product awareness and sales by visiting jobsites and distributor locations within the Miami market. This role focuses on demonstrating MAX products, supporting dealers and contractors, and strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and skilled at building rapport in field environments.


Key Responsibilities

Territory & Market Engagement

  • Manage jobsite activity within the Miami market

  • Conduct regular visits to jobsites with contractors to demonstrate MAX products

  • Promote MAX product solutions directly in the field

Dealer & Distribution Support

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers

  • Train inside and outside sales personnel on MAX products

  • Ensure effective merchandising of dealer locations with posters, signs, POP materials, and tool displays

  • Identify key sales personnel and focus sales efforts appropriately

Promotional Activities & Events

  • Encourage and attend distributor and sub-dealer open houses

  • Support implementation of the RBU program

  • Represent MAX at regional and national trade shows as required

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships

  • Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries

  • Utilize the CRM system daily to log activities and enter customer/market data

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Complete activity reports, expense reports, dealer visit summaries, and correspondence in a timely manner

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including engineering, to test products in the field

  • Implement MAX programs with accounts (e.g., 100 PSI, PowerLite, Concrete)

Continuous Improvement

  • Attend training to strengthen product and sales capabilities

  • Adhere to all MAX company policies and standards


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems a plus

  • Prior experience with industrial or commercial jobsite visits a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent travel and overnight stays required

  • Capable of demonstrating and carrying tools and display materials

  • Ability to support trade show/open house setup and teardown

Salary: $50,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience and location
