About the Role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse client base through telehealth. You'll perform intakes, individual and group therapy, assessments, and interventions while maintaining accurate documentation. Your expertise will support personalized recovery plans and empower clients to lead healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based treatment to clients, primarily via telehealth.
• Conduct mental health assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.
• Deliver counseling, referrals, and intervention services tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans.

Position Details

• Schedule: Fully remote with flexible hours between 7 AM9 PM EST, 7 days a week.
  • Must work until 8 PM on two weekdays OR four 4-hour shifts on weekends.
• Location: Remote, must reside in Massachusetts. Mental Health Therapist must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation Options

Hybrid Compensation Plan:

• 40-hour workweek: $56,000/year guaranteed salary for 23 completed visits, with $60 per visit for 23+ completed visits. Potential earnings up to $90,000 annually.
• 32-hour workweek: $44,600/year guaranteed salary for 19 completed visits, with $60 per visit for 19+ completed visits.

Standard Compensation Plan:

• 32 hours/week: $58,000/year, including 8 PTO/sick days.
• 40 hours/week: $72,500/year, including 10 PTO/sick days.

Qualifications

Required:

• Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active LICSW or LMFT in Massachusetts.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, PDF documentation).
• Secure, private workspace with reliable internet and equipment for telehealth.

Preferred:

• Experience with EMDR, evidence-based practices, or telehealth.
• Specialized certifications or bilingual proficiency.
