JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Figma Specialist, with a passion for designing products and interfaces that deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.

To be an ideal candidate, you should have experience designing user interfaces for large-scale native or web applications, preferably in the blockchain or financial space. As a Figma Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing design assets and workflows using Figma. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design processes and high-quality deliverables.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Creation and Management:

Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design assets in Figma.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design requirements into Figma.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and address any implementation issues.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve design processes and tools.

Tool Optimization:

Utilize advanced Figma features, plugins, and integrations to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Figma tools and processes.

Training and Support:

Assist in training team members on Figma best practices and features.

Provide support for design teams regarding Figma-related inquiries and challenges.

Quality Assurance:

Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of design files and prototypes.

Conduct regular audits of design systems and components to maintain their effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience with Figma, including advanced features and tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.

• Proficiency in design principles, UX/UI best practices, and design systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with other design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.

• Experience with Figma plugins and integrations.

• Understanding of front-end development principles and practices.

• Experience in training or mentoring team members.

• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

• Fluent English communicator.
