Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Experience and Trip Consultant to join our travel services team. In this remote role, you will support clients in creating and booking personalized travel experiences including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities. This position is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.

  • Research, design, and book comprehensive travel itineraries (air, hotel, cruise, ground, and experiences).

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information on travel guidelines, destination insights, and entry requirements.

  • Manage client files, booking confirmations, and documentation using internal systems.

  • Deliver professional, proactive support before, during, and after travel to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and online booking or research tools.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in at least one of the following countries:
    United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, New Zealand, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Guatemala, Grenada, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom, or Uruguay.
