Are you passionate about travel and excited by the idea of helping groups plan unforgettable experiences together?
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Group Travel Booking Specialists. In this role, you’ll help coordinate and organize group vacations, celebrations, and events—creating seamless and memorable travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with group leaders to understand travel preferences, goals, and budgets
  • Plan and coordinate group trips, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and special events
  • Manage group reservations, deposits, and final payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide exceptional customer support throughout the booking process
  • Stay up to date on destination trends, vendor group policies, and promotional offers to provide expert guidance

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple group bookings at once
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
