Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Gestaltung benutzerzentrierter Interfaces für unsere webbasierten Lösungen
  • Entwicklung von User Journeys, Wireframes, Mockups und interaktiven Prototypen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Design-Systems, das eine konsistente Benutzererfahrung gewährleistet
  • Durchführung von User Research, einschließlich Interviews, Umfragen und Usability-Tests
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Produktmanagern und anderen Stakeholdern zur optimalen Umsetzung der Anforderungen in Designs
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen

Anforderungen:

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im UI/UX-Design, idealerweise in einem SaaS- oder Produktunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Design- und Prototyping-Tools wie Figma, Sketch oder Adobe XD

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in intuitive und benutzerfreundliche Oberflächen zu übersetzen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von User Research und der Ableitung von Designentscheidungen aus den Ergebnissen
  • Kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Grundkenntnisse in HTML, CSS und grundlegenden Frontend-Technologien
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Organisation und Selbstständigkeit
