IV Interactive is looking for a talented and motivated Paid Media Marketing to join our growing team. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to drive marketing success, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing. This role is dynamic and diverse across all marketing activities. You are extremely organized and will assist in client campaign maintenance, competitor research, content entry, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various advertising platforms to optimize our clients' campaigns and maximize ROI.

Remote work on EST is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and KPIs. Requires strong capabilities with spreadsheets and looker studio.
  • Support various marketing tasks, including updating ad copy, ad hoc reporting, research, organizing paid media receipts, and managing campaign restarts.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance; flag over/underspending or underperformance and raise issues for further review.
  • Conduct competitor research by gathering creative examples, reviewing ad messaging and positioning, and analyzing impression share data.
  • Analyze copy and landing pages to ensure alignment with website messaging, keywords, and campaign strategy; identify A/B testing opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between Paid Media and Creative to ensure ad tasks are clearly defined, with direction and goals communicated effectively.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze paid media data from platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Identify trends and anomalies to develop actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with paid media, SEO, creative, and account teams to align analysis with campaign objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations through regular reports and visual summaries.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting and data analysis activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: Complex Google sheets, Supermetrics, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Understanding of paid media platforms and metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote, creative environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
  • Must have obtained, at a minimum, a Bachelors degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or relevant field.

  • Experience in the healthcare / medical vertical
