Integrative Well-Being & Career Coach (Contractor)

Mettacool is a talent development and coaching consultancy, looking for coaches to enable the organizations we work with to retain and advance their valuable talent.

Our coaches support the coaching component of our talent development programs, engaging both small groups and individuals to achieve measurable personal and professional growth. This position may also include individual non-program specific coaching.

Successful candidates for this position work well independently and are results-oriented; have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of professional women; possess extensive knowledge of the coaching process and current corporate culture trends; and have excellent communication, organization, and career development skills. This position requires strong verbal and written interpersonal skills, the ability to take general directions, follow outlined processes, and the ability to use Mettacoools coaching software.

The ideal candidate also possesses knowledge in any of the following coaching areas of expertise:

Early career coaching, High-potential coaching

Career transition, Leadership & executive coaching

Career/Workforce re-entry coaching

Transition to motherhood coaching (Maternity coaching)

Experience

A minimum of 5 years related work experience in a corporate environment; strong business context and business acumen is needed for success.

Experience in wellness/well-being industry/coaching is preferred.

Experience logging coaching session notes, scheduling coaching sessions, tracking engagements with clients, and documenting key milestones and metrics in relation to the coaching engagement.

Experience conducting coaching sessions via Zoom and using Goog Gsuite for all tracking purposes.

Education

Must be either an ICF credentialed coach (ACC, PCC or MCC) or National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

Advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

Mastery in the following key skills: coaching, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change, strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing, project management, organizational/business dynamics, operational effectiveness, communication, empathy, values identification, and strengths identification.

Desired Fluent Languages (including English)

Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish

Coaching Rates Examples: 12 Individual Coaching Package at an estimated rate of $1,225. 7 Month Group Coaching Package at a rate of $3,025 ( this rate includes 1 Meet & Greet, two (2) individual coaching sessions and six (6) group coaching sessions)
