Job description

Director of Product Management

Location: Remote (Must accommodate US East Coast working hours)

About Us

Partnerships are the future of go-to-market. They drive 30-50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams are stuck with spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs - tools never built for partnerships at scale. The result? Wasted time, lost deals, and inefficiencies that kill growth.

EULER is the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams - built to replace manual work, eliminate partner friction, and turn partner activity into repeatable revenue and measurable ROI. Our mission: make partner revenue scalable and predictable.

We grew 600% YoY in 2025 and serve industry leaders - consistently winning against legacy solutions. We move fast, build intentionally, and focus on delivering real value. If you're excited to solve big problems, work with smart teammates, and shape the future of partner tech, we'd be glad to meet you.

Role Overview

EULER is hiring its first Product Management leader. Reporting to the CTO, you will own the product function end-to-end - setting strategy, leading a team of PMs, and driving execution across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform.

This is a player-coach role. You will define what we build and why, while staying close enough to the work to unblock your team, make fast decisions, and ship product that drives real business outcomes. You will work hand in hand with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success - and have a direct line to the founders on everything that shapes the product direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap across all product areas - balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision and clear ties to revenue and retention goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the PM team - establishing strong product craft, execution standards, and a culture of ownership.
  • Partner with the CTO and founders to align product strategy with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with Engineering to define specs, scope trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ship product that lands well and gets adopted.
  • Own discovery and research - customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market signals that feed directly into roadmap decisions.
  • Define and track product KPIs: adoption, retention, time to value, and feature impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Run sprint planning and release processes with consistency and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 4 years leading a PM team.
  • Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes - pipeline, retention, expansion.
  • Deep experience with integrations, workflows, or enterprise platform products strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with an operator mindset - you can set direction and stay close enough to execution to make it happen.
  • Able to demonstrate product thinking through concrete examples, past decisions, and real trade-offs.
  • Drives product decisions from customer evidence - you get close to users, synthesize what you learn, and let that shape strategy.
  • Technically fluent - comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers, reading API documentation, understanding webhooks, and writing clear, actionable requirements.
  • Data-informed - able to define tracking events, interpret product analytics, and work with data tools to measure adoption and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools for sprint and task management.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English. Portuguese fluency is highly preferred.

Why Join Us

  • You'll be our first Product Leader - you will define how product management works at EULER.
  • Direct line to the founders and real influence over what the company builds next.
  • A product with real traction: 600% YoY growth, enterprise customers, and a category that is wide open for disruption.
  • Lead a team that is already building - you are inheriting momentum, not starting from zero.
  • Small, high-impact team that values speed, ownership, and creativity.

We'd love to meet you.
