Job Title: Female Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to support a health practice. This is a remote role focused on front-desk and patient coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience in a medical setting, is HIPAA compliant, and is confident in handling patient interactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week

  • Schedule: Morning hours

  • Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments

  • Accurately register and update patient information in the system

  • Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information as needed

  • Ensure all patient data is handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Proven prior experience as a Medical Receptionist

  • HIPAA certification (mandatory)

  • Strong experience with:

    • Call handling

    • Appointment scheduling

    • Patient registration and data accuracy

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • High attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information
